At Playroots, each kit is thoughtfully prepared and packaged with care.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect purchases

• Opened or used kits

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: playroots@gmail.com

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

If approved, we may offer:

• A replacement item

• Store credit

• A refund at our discretion

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
